My name is Sacha Philius, CWEP. I am the proud Owner & Lead Designer of Alluring Arrangements Events.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, but the blood flowing through my veins is from Guyana, South America.
I have the quirky, yet A type personality which pays attention to detail to always deliver THE best of the best...for YOU!
